Abstract
According to the working condition of high temperature and abrasive wear, the material structure and composition of the wear-resistant and heat-resistant steel are designed. The microstructure is analyzed through the metallographical observing. The hardness and wear resistance at normal temperature are tested at cast and after 900℃ oxidation. And the influence of Ti and W on the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the material is researched and analyzed. The experimental results are below. The microstructure of the material is austenite + a small amount of ferrite + carbide. The hardness of material is not in direct proportion to the wear resistance. When the content of Ti and W element is below 1%,the hardness and wear resistance of the wear-resistant and heat-resistant steel increase with the content of Ti and W element increasing.
