Abstract

Sticking to the Sixth Plenary Session spirit of the 16th Party Central Committee,we must carry out education policy of the party,achieve the harmonious campus,attach importance to the construction of educating people mechanism,and improve the harmonious campus construction of the civilization and safety on the basis of people-oriented education.All this is for establishing favorable educational environment,and constructing harmonious campus.
