Abstract

By the method of literature,this paper is to demonstrate the content of competitive sports training wholly.The conclusion shows in the unbalance of sports training;the sports training guidance materials departing from its practice;the scientific sports training methods separating from their effectiveness;sports training system integrity isolating its actual.We should pay more attention and recognition for sports training;the purpose of the paper is to provide some basis for reference theory.
