Abstract

Phonetic sound teaching and vocabulary teaching are important parts of English teaching,but due to the phonetic sound teaching time consuming,the effect is not easy to gain,part of the students can not master the phonetic symbols and have no methods to memorize vocabulary.From the mother tongue influence and vocabulary memorizing,the reasons contributing to these problems are analyzed,teaching suggestions are propose on phonetic sound teaching and vocabulary teaching.
