Abstract
Mathematical statistics was applied to analyze monthly precipitation data of Fugu Meteorological Station from1959 to 2014, and get the temporal change characteristics of Fugu County in the 56 years. The results showed that precipitation of the county showed the declining tendency in this period, the inclination rate was-9.2 mm/10 years;precipitation in spring and autumn increased, but that in winter and summer declined, especially in summer, the inclination rate was-9.5 mm/10 years.Precipitation showed great inter-annual changes, the extreme maximum annual precipitation achieved 849.6 mm, while the extreme minimum annual precipitation was only 199.6 mm, the difference achieved 650.0 mm. Years with a positive anomaly of precipitation were more than years with a negative anomaly of precipitation, i.e., maximum precipitation contributed more to annual precipitation.Inter-decadal changes of annual precipitation showed periodicity, specifically, it was the most in the 1960 s, the least in the 1980 s, and increased greatly from the 1990 s to the twenty-first century. And inter-decadal precipitation changes were positively correlated with autumn precipitation.
