Analysis of the Different Conclusion of two Class Medical Malpractice Identification

Objective To put forward a method to reduce the inconsistency rate,by summarizing and analizing the different conclusions of two class medical malpractice identification.Methods 430 medical cases that were appraised for the second time by Shanghai Medical Association from Jan,2008 to Oct.2010 and 128 ones that had different technic conclusion from the first medical malpractice identification were collected and analyzed.Results The inconsistency rate of the two appraisal conclusions was 29.77%.Conclusion The main factors of the differenct conclusion of two class medical malpractice identification are the inconsistency of experts awareness and identification subject,etc.We should strengthen the building of expert training and identification team,narrow the inconsistency rate and improve identification quality.
