Textual Review of the Issues Before the Duke of Zhou's defeating the King of Shang Dynasty

After Zhou Wenwang(Duke of Zhou Kingdom) paved the way for destroying the Shang Dynasty,his successor,Zhuwuwang,took on the task and vigorously prepared for the destruction of the tyrannical Shang Dynasty. To achieve this,he built the new capital,Haojing,augmented his military strength,and watched out on what was going on in the Shang territory.As the historical documents of the period were not identical,both ancient and modern scholars have diversified views on the matter.Based on the various views on this issue,this paper makes an analysis and express authors' views on it.
