Abstract
The article considers that a dialectical unity exists between moral ideas and market economy. On the one hand, the development of market economy will inevitably result in changes in people' s values and sense of morality, which are simultaneously positive and negative ; on the other hand, people' s values and sense of morality will conversely restrict or advance the development of market economy. Therefore it is essential to enhance the moral building in the socialist market economic circumstances.
