Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of CDFI(Color Doppler Flow lmaging)in monitoring the hepatic hemodynamic change and occurance of complication in orthotopic liver transplantation.Methods:45 patients received CDFI examination pre-and post liver transplantation. Results:CDFI showed that all vascular reconstruction were fine and the peak velocity of hepatic artery decreased rapidly while the portal vein velocity is a bit higher than that of normal person within one week of transplantation.CDFI could make a distinguished diagonsis of transplantation. Conclusion:CDFI could provide an important information for hemodynamic change and early diagnosis of complication in liver transplantation.
