Abstract
Expected utility theory is the decision analysis rationale, until now does not have one kind of theory to be able to substitute for it in the management decision-making status. The prospect theory appearance, powerfully is shaking its absolute status, is getting up the important promoter action to the traditional policy-making theory based on the expectation effectiveness maximization. However, because oneself lacks the strict logical inference, I think that it is unable to substitute for the expected utility theory in the standardized decision-making function.
