Status and Development Suggestions of Street Trees in Yaan City

Street trees were the important part of urban green space system and affected the optimization of the framework of urban green space and the construction of ecological security of city greatly. Street trees of Yucheng district in Yaan city were investigated and estimated. The result indicated that there were problems in street trees of in Yaan city, such as the inconsequential distribution, the haploid variety of trees, the insufficient variety of keynote trees and the perfection need of the choice and management of tree species. Suggestions about planning for further improving the greening quality of urban streets in this region were put forward.
