Exploration of Team-Cultivation Model for Graduation Project of Application-oriented Undergraduates

Abstract

In order to cultivate students' comprehensive capabilities and improve the graduation project quality of application-oriented undergraduate,we have researched team-cultivation models for graduation project of application-oriented undergraduate.Practice shows that team-cultivation model is an effective form of graduation project.It can not only improve the students' teamwork spirit,practice and innovation ability effectively,but also improve the quality of graduation project significantly.
