Underground Construction Program Control Based on Project Management

Abstract

The general objec of construction schecdule control is to realize its intended purpose.The construction program control is the same as cost control and quality control,which is one of the main construction projects.It is an important measures of insuring the project being completed on schedule and rational arrangement of resources supply,as well as reducing construction cost.This paper introduces the application of PDCA project management in construction program control of underground workings.
