Abstract
Objective:To assess the correlations between the MRI feather of menigoeal tumers and pathology.Meathods:51 cases of meningoeal images were reviewed, the MRI featuers of the meningioma and histological type were analyzed, inclueding the signal appearance of the tumor,tumor-brain interface status, peritumorous edema, tail sign, and the signal uiniformity after enhence. Results:MRI signal features of meningioma included low SI on T1W images, high and mixed SI on T2W images, and there are diagnostic value of tail sign. Conclusion:The MRI feature of meningiomas, were high sensitivity and distinctive, most of meningioma could be diagnoses before operation.
