Abstract
The navigation constellation composed of eight inclined globosity synchronous orbit(IGSO) satellites is designed.The simulation results show that the need of keeping invariability of cover areas instead of keeping relative phase is an advantage for this constellation.Its navigation precision to the most areas of our country is within 20 meters,and remote area of north,west do not exceed 50 meters.Navigate performance is superior to 8 different ground mark IGSO satellite constellation.Compared with great eccentricity orbit,this constellation orbit need less fuel,and lower user terminal technology requirement.
