Abstract

Through the analysis of the Specialization and Hierarchy of Bureaucracy,Rationality of Bureaucracy Princple that was hidded in Realistic Organization Form has been discovered,to a great extent,low efficiency of the Pyramid-like Organization was not due to Rational principle of Bureaucracy,but was caused by unreasonable Organization Design.
