Abstract
Based on coring data, well logging data and seismic data, sedimentary facies study of the second member of damoguaihe formation in the south of Urxun sag is developed, lacustrine facies and delta facies are identified. The lacustrine facies develops shallow lake subfacies and deep lake subfacies, the delta facies develops delta plain and delta front subfacies. Delta plain and delta front subfacies develop sand body, distributary channel, underwater distributary channel and mouth bar are most developed, they are favorable reservoir facies belt in the region of interest.
