Abstract
This article introduces the pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of sepsis in Chinese medicine.It is held that sepsis results from toxin,blood-stasis and deficiency,febrile toxin as the basis and health qi deficiency as the root;blood stasis stays throughout its progression;its cardinal treatment is based on relieving toxin,resolving stasis and enriching healthy qi.
