Abstract
It is an inner requirement of the self-development of people, a general trend of social progress, a basic mark of the civilization of the human beings and also a fundamental goal of social development for people to develop comprehensively. To advance an all-round development of people, we should boost the sustainable development of the economy, make major efforts to develop science and technology and cultural undertakings and be active in pushing abead with the socialist political civilization so as to provide a guarantee for an all-round development of people.
