Abstract

High pier and long span continuous rigid-frame bridges are widely used in western mountainous areas of our country. The finite element model of a high pier and long span continuous rigid-frame bridge is established, and the stability of high pier under three load cases is analyzed respectively. The result can provide reference for the design of the same type bridge.
