Abstract
PTA wastewater was disposed by reverse osmosis membrane. And the influence of operation conditions such as recovery rate,pressure,and temperature on the performance of reverse osmosis was discussed. The best operation conditions were obtained. Meanwhile,concentration outflow of reverse osmosis were recycled to the feed tank,and the permeate flow could still meet the process requirement. Furthermore,the recovery of membrane flux was investigated with physical washing and chemical washing. The results showed that the effect of the latter was better. Among different chemical cleaning agents,NaOH solution has best effect on the recovery of reverse osmosis flux.
