Currently,the relations between teachers of local universities and students are harmonious generally.The phenomena such as generation gap between teachers and students is difficult to fill in it 、feeling cold、else gets、even confrontation are still remain for the Influence from various factors.Therefore,the local university should investigate the significance of of the timeliness on harmonious relations between teachers and students from the aspects of implementing thoroughly the historic task of building a harmonious society,building harmonious and safe campus,improving the quality of higher education,promoting physical and mental development of students and teachers,inspiring university student to innovate and to improve learning efficiency.
