Abstract

This paper probes into the target of constructing the new safety management system based on the safety and health,analyzes on the problems existing in the safety management of our country's industrial enterprises,and points out that constructing the new safety management system based on the safety and health can solve the contradiction effectively between the production and the safety and promote the sustainable development of the coal enterprises.
