Abstract
Logistics Park is an inevitable product when modern logistics industry develops to a certain stage,an concentrated constructed logistics facilities in peri-urban areas,and a physical staging area of a number of logistics industry group,in order to achieve the purpose of intensification of logistics facilities,joint of logistics operations,and rationalization of spatial layout of peri-urban logistics facilities.The logistics park planning,construction and operation is in the ascendant worldwide,and also an important trend of the development of China's modern logistics industry.This article,from the theoretical point of view,discusses the purposes,conditional elements and planning process of logistics park planning,and also discusses the key issues of logistics park planning and demand analysis.
