Abstract
This paper analyzes disadvantages of traditional supply management of experimental materials and the problems existing in it. Surrounding the management objective ofzero inventoryand the purchasing way of agreement procurement of experimental materials, the paper introduces the establishment and function of experimental materials' supermarketplatform system based on campus network at Shandong University( Weihai),and the key links to be grasped in its practice. The management system realizes the management objective of zero inventory of experimental materials, increases procurement efficiency, reduces purchase cost, satisfies using units' individual and diversified demands, and also eliminates the hidden dangers in the warehouse management of traditional experimental materials.
