Abstract

By analyzing the connotation, characters and functions of market order, this paper demonstrates that the nature of market order is one kind of resource allocation state and interest relationship system in which the interest is harmonious, competition is appropriate, and gains is shared. So the simple administrative penalty and moral enlightenment is not the focus of the governance of market order. What we should do is to rebuild the interest relationship and remove the interest conflicts among all kinds of economic agents and the unharmonious relationship between economic agents and the government.
