Research on Legal Preservation of Ecological Environment in Northwest Minority Area

The development of Northwest Minority Area occupies an important role in the overall sustainable development throughout the country.However,the ecological environment in this area is rather poor.Conflicts between the economic development and preservation of ecological environment appears for lack of corresponding legal preservation,which result in various problems,including the relationship among different minority groups,confilcts between man and natureas well as conflicts between social and economic development.The paper begins with the sustainable development,analyzes the existent laws concerning the preservation of ecological environment and points out the shortcomings in the establishment and performance of these laws.Finally,it suggests the idea of legal preservation of ecological environment in Northwest Minority Area.
