Abstract
3D solid modeling,virtual assembly and kinematics simulation of three-ring reducer are made based on Pro/ENGINEER WildFire3.0.The parametric design idea is adopted and the precise method of drawing modified involute spur gear and inner gear plate is put forward.With the help of virtual assembly and motion simulation technology of Pro/E3.0,the product design can be optimize,the development periods of new product can be shorten and the product reliability can be increased.
