Establishing the Peoples Jury System In China --And comment on

In regard to current judicial condition in our country, neither the occupational character nor moral character is good enough, meanwhile, the clarity of Judge work not high enough. Whether from the political value or the judicial value, our country should establish jury system. Though the Decision on perfecting the people's jury system made some perfection to jury system, it still has many problems such as having no restrict to the tenure, the subsidized object not clear and definite, lacking the punitive mechanism and Inspector, etc.
