Ethnic Archival Study and its Disciplinary Construction

The study on ethnic archives is a new and developing sub-discipline in the field of Archival Science.After the founding of New China,the quick development of ethnic archival work promoted the formation of Ethnic Archival Science.But by now its disciplinary construction has seen little progress,which has been the obstacle in its further development.Therefore,in order to promote the comprehensive development of Chinese ethnic archival work,we should pay attention to its disciplinary construction,carry forward its fine tradition and put the relevant theory into practice.
