Study On Civil Liability of Natural Person

Civil liability of nature person is the basic theory in civil law.Its associate with responsibility of nature person,with vicarious liability of guardian,with right to compensation of the injured party and with definite parties in lawsuit.This article reviewed the main theory of civil liability,concluded that all nature person should have the civil liability.This article discussed that the civil liability is not same with the civil night,it is parallel to the civil right.
