Abstract
In the implementation of quality education,improving the quality of teachers is the key.The teacher's occupation is sacred,and the quality of teachers is directly related to the quality of students.The quality of occupational ethics is the core of the quality of teachers,and the premise of being a teacher.Teachers should be equipped with a good,healthy psychological quality,continually improve the quality of their own culture and the teaching management.
