Abstract
Flexural vibration and torsional vibration are the main vibration forms of shaft part.For the current situation of measurement independently of the two,a measurement method for the comprehensive vibration of rotating shaft part was proposed based on laser Doppler vibration measurement technique.The principle was analyzed.The optical system and signal processing system of laser vibration measurement were designed.The scheme of the same source beam dissociation was used in the laser Doppler vibration measurement system.The Mach-Zehnder heterodyne interference scheme was adopted in the flexural vibration measurement,the double parallel beams differential scheme was adopted in the torsional vibration measurement.This method can be used to measure simultaneously both flexural vibration and torsional vibration of shaft part and the scope of vibration measurement is extended.It is essential to the running state monitoring and failure diagnosis of large-scale gyration machine with high rotary speed.
