Abstract
Classical economics is a pure and technologic economics which dissevers economy and other society categories,and therefore cultural phenomenon is not studied in the realm of classical economics.However,with the flourishing development of cultural economy,the importance of culture in the realm of economy has been fully realized.Meanwhile the study of basic economic theory about the culture should provide the guidance for practical activities.Therefore,the cultural goods and cultural resource are analyzed from the perspective of economics;the production,sale and use of cultural goods and the reserve of cultural resource are discussed.Suggestions for the development of China culture industry are proposed in this paper.
