Abstract
Objective To analyze the related factors of glomerular filtration rate(GFR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 diabetic patients were included.According to GFR evaluated by 99mTC-DTPA levels, the patients were divided into three groups, group A with GFR more than 60ml/min;group B with GFR more than 30 ml/min,but less than 60 ml/min;group C with GFR less than 30 ml/min.Meanwhile,according to serum creatinine levels, the patients were divided into normal serum creatinine group(sCr≤120μmol/L) and abnormal serum creatinine group(sCr120μmol/L).Results In group C,BMI and sCr were higher than those in group A and group B(P0.05).In group A and group B,SBP was higher than that in group C.There was no diffirence on UAE among three groups. In abnormal sCr group,SBP,BMI,LDL and CH were higher than those in normal sCr group(P0.05).While GFR was lower than that in normal sCr group(P0.05).Stepwise multivariable regression analysis showed that the sCr(t=-3.649,P=0.001) and FPG(t=3.041,P=0.006) were independent correlation factors of GFR.Conclusion The change of GFR in type 2 diabetic patients is correlated with various clinical and biochemical parameters,sCr and FBG its are indepengent factors.
