Abstract
Pile-supported reinforced embankment is a form of foundation treatment applied to embankment engineering in soft soil area.In order to study effect of the embankment filling and traffic loads on excess pore water pressure in the foundation and consolidation settlement thereof, combining with the case study of foundation treatment for certain highway embankment and using SIGAMA /W,the model for fluid-solid coupling analysis on pile-supported reinforced embankment's settlement is established so that the laws of hydrostatic pressure change during embankment filling and its effect on consolidation and settlement are analyzed and the relevant conclusion is deduced.
