Abstract
Twelve species of crustaceans were detected for agglutination using ten kinds of microbial cells.It showed that serum extracts fromtwelve species of crustacean were able to agglutinate at least more than three kinds of microbial cells,and the cell of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was the most sensitive to agglutination made by serums.The activity of seven crustacean serums agglutinating on cell of S.C.were inhibited by two or more kinds of saccharides.And the agglutinative activities of12crustaceans on the cell of S.C.were different in the range of pH4.0~10.0and in the range of temperature4~90℃,but their agglutinative activities were inhibited by EDTA.
