Present Situation and Countermeasures of University Students Career Planning

Student Career Planning Education has caught more and more attention and its role is becoming increasingly apparent.While many colleges and universities are gradually opening graduates career planning courses,but the traditional teaching mode still occupy the mainstream of the education system as a whole.Career planning education can not meet the various demands of the students and the effect is not obvious.In most university,career planning education is just a simple introduction to the theory of foreign and lack of personality professional targeted education.This paper analyzed the status quo of the career planning of vocational colleges and proposed appropriate countermeasures.
