Research of the Law Issues in China’s Financial Supervision after the Financial Crisis

Since 2008,a financial crisis caused by the U.S.subprimecrisis has been sweeping around the globe.It has become the dawn that people kept looking for in the crisis,that how to improve the financial regulatory system in the financial markets.The inherent and new-born contradictions and problems of Chinas’ financial supervision are looming gradually,due to the impact of international financial crisis on China,which urged us to adopt appropriate measures in the legal system of financial supervision,supervision and implementation of financial institutions,and so on.
