Abstract
A precise measurement on rising edge and falling edge based on engery equilvant measurement method is proposed. The principle of engery equilvantis illustrated, and three affected factors modes are simulated. The results indicate that most of the relative error are lower than 1%.Both the computer simulation and experiment prove that the measurement has high precision.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
