Abstract

The literary critical terms in ancient China have three types:one is intuitive literary critical term which analyzes the artistic spirit and charm of works;one is borrowed from life experience to analyze form techniques of novel and drama;the other is explanation-before-usage term.The literary critical terms in ancient China have three charac- teristics:fuzziness,ambiguity and image-orientation;personification-tendency;long-term consistency.
