Comparative study on selection mechanism of athletes for Olympic games in China and foreign countries

The officers,coaches and athletes can be encouraged and restrained by a reasonable and orderly Selection Mechanism of Athletes for Olympic Games to realize the unification of interest of the country ,the society and the athletes, which is favor of arrangement of the sports system. By analysis of the different selection methods about track and field,swimming,gymnastics,balls etc. of foreign countries, such as the USA,Russia,Australia,German, and China, it could be found that the foreign selection models are objective while China's Selection Mechanism of Athletes for Olympic Games is often interfered by some administrative and subjective factors. We should persist in an impartial and open principle and fix the selecting methods definitely. In the same time they should be regulated by laws.
