Abstract
Realizing sustainable development of society, and improving social welfare are the fundamental objectives of the sustainable development of foreign trade. By analyzing the relation between foreign trade development and employment and income, the author points out the problems of employment situation and the income allocation in Ningbo, and proposes how to solve the problems and keep sustainable development of foreign trade.
