The content of the foreign language teaching is language .Which kind of language view is held and the understanding of the language will influence the foreign language teaching and person who studies the foreign language directly .The improvement of the current situation of foreign language teaching demands to abandon the narrow tool doctrine language view and establish the overall language view .
