Abstract
Solving problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers is a top priority in our work.The forming ofproblems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers contained profound historical and system factors.The thesis try to educe a relatively clear academic logic of problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers through economic analyses.
