On the Construction of Ecological Economic Zone in Three-Gorge Reservoir Area of Chongqing City

Abstract
As one of the three economic zones of Chongqing city, the three-gorge ecological economic zone is the important guarantee of the sustainable development of Chongqing city. In this zone, the developing strategy of accelerating, developing and escalating and bringing post advantages into full play must be carried out. The construction of this ecological economic zone should rely on the two axes, i.e., the Yuwan high way (Chongqing to Wanzhou) and the Yangtze River, and Yuhuai railway (Chongqing to Huaihua) and the 319 national road, and the four regional central cities of Wanzhou, Fuling, Qianjiang and Changshou. The key industries to be developed in the three-gorge ecological economic zone in the future are the eco agriculture, eco city (town), eco industry and eco tourism.
