Abstract
Entrained-bed coal gasification was the key technology of high efficiency and clean utilization of coal in China. Its basic characteristic and main affecting factors were briefly introduced. Representative entrained-bed coal gasification technologies: Shell of dry pulverized-coal gasification, Texaco of coal water slurry gasification, GSP gasification technology, multi-nozzle opposing coalwater slurry gasification and pulverized coal gasification of Hangtian Gasifier were focused, and their advantages and existed problems were also discussed.
