Abstract

Objective To study the clinical value of the tests of BAEP,TCD and neck X-ray of adults and old people with VBI.Methods 63 cases with VBI were tested with BAEP and TCD and neck X-ray.Results of 63 cases,52 showed abnormal BAEP(the proportion is 81%),among whom,10 suffered the round brain damage,32 center brain damage and 9 with mixed damage.48 people have abnormal TCD(the proportion is 76%).28 cases suffered-form abnormal blood vessel rates,20 with vascularity,12 with high rate,36 low rate.The Neck X-ray's abnormal rate is 99% Conclution The three tests have safety no pain high rate high sensitivity and can repeat,It is the best way that we know the VBI'quality and direction
