Abstract
Theil index and exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)were used to analyze the spatial and temporal differences in county farmers'income and economic development in Henan Province during 1993-2013.Based on this, the model of coupling coordination degree between farmers'income and economic development was constructed with the county as the research unit, and then the temporal and spatial characteristics were analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 1993 to 2013,the per capita net income of rural residents in Henan province firstly decreases and then increases, and the overall difference continues to be stable after 2004.However,the per capita GDP shows a change in wave.(2)The per capita net income of rural residents in Henan province and per capita GDP have the characteristics of spatial clustering, and there was a certain space corresponding relationship.(3)Coordination state can be divided into four types:high coordination, moderate coordination, less coordination and incoordination, and Henan province overall keeps in moderate and less coordinations, but local differences are obvious.
