Abstract
The precursor (PbTi(OCH_2CH_3)_(6-y)(acac)_y) of nanocrystalline (PbTiO_3) was prepared by the electrochemical dissolution of titanium for 4 h at 50 and then of lead for 2 h at 40 in an ethanol solution of (0.03) mol/L (Bu_4N)Br. IR and Raman spectroscopy were used to investigate the structure of the precursor. The results show that the precursor contained acac group, which could prevent the precursor from gathering. TG-DT, XRD, and TEM were used to investigate the structure of nano-sized PbTiO_3. The xerogel of 10 nm was obtained by drying in vacuum for 24 h. (PbTiO_3) with a narrow size distribution of 10~15 nm was prepared by heating it at 700 for 2 h.
